The original ErgoErgo is designed for ages 9 through adult. ErgoErgo compresses slightly when you sit on it to the height of a standard chair, which makes it perfect for a standard desk height. Because you can adjust it by tilting the seat or scooting backwards or forwards, the standard size is suitable for people from 5′ to 6’4″ tall. Weight load up to 225 lbs/ 102 kg.

Love, love ErgoErgo chairs! I have several variations of alternate seating in my occupational therapy practice and my students always gravitate toward the Ergo ones. They provide the perfect balance between stability and mobility which enables kids to self-regulate when they are either feeling sluggish or overly active by bouncing or by rocking from side-to-side. The Ergos also promote an upright sitting posture and even encourage kids to hold their writing paper with their non-dominant hand.

Way more comfortable than conventional seating. It takes some getting used to but I no longer feel the pressure on my back legs and and feel my back getting stronger. Ergo allows me to be more comfortable at work by relieving physical stress. I'm not as tired now when I get off of work.
